Restaurant
We opened Hidden Cellar Restaurant and Wine Bar in August,
2006 with the desire of emulating the finest of great Italian
traditions, hospitality and quality in food, wine, drink and
service.
Our philosophy is simply to use the best and freshest
ingredients we can and prepare classic, contemporary and
sophisticated dishes with great pride and joy as well as bringing
you the traditional Italian culture of food, drink and family to
your dinner table.
At Hidden Cellar you will find your favorite classic Italian dishes,
regional Italian dishes and some new and exciting dishes that
you may not expect.
Regardless of your palate, we hope all of
our dishes that are prepared with quality ingredients and the
love of chef/owner Vincenzo F. Incorvaia will appeal to you. We
